Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to govern and deliver IT initiatives across APAC from the Manila hub. You will balance portfolio governance with hands-on project delivery, lead the region's IT Project Manager(s) and coordinate with Regional IT Business Partners and other hubs.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with portfolio reporting frameworks; PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant project, portfolio or program management experience.
• Experience producing portfolio dashboards and financial (CAPEX/OPEX) tracking and management reporting.
• Experience directing or coordinating project managers.
• Experience delivering projects with a significant IT component; Corporate Real Estate / fit-out project experience an asset.
• Experience working in a matrixed, regional or global organisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages an asset.
• PMP / PRINCE2 and portfolio / PPM (e.g. MoP, P3O) certifications an asset.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio governance and reporting: Develop, track and report key demand and project metrics, producing IT portfolio dashboards for all regional projects to support planning cycles and reviews.
• Project delivery (hands-on): Manage the delivery of regional projects - including CRE projects (office re-fits, project offices) - to time, budget and quality.
• Health, safety and compliance: Uphold health & safety standards across all project delivery and ensure IT compliance.
• Supervisory responsibility: Lead, direct and develop the region's IT Project Manager(s).
