PwC Philippines is seeking a Connected Teams Support Manager for the Acceleration Center Manila. You will oversee project portfolio management, lead multi‑workstream initiatives, coach team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience, with strong English

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project portfolio management across multiple workstreams and track progress against timelines.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and delivery tasks while validating scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Guide team members through day-to-day execution and provide coaching to build PM skills.
• Monitor governance, status updates, risks, and action items to enable timely decisions.
• Apply Agile methodology and PM tracking tools to organize work and monitor deliverables.
• Review project documentation for consistency and alignment with business needs.
• Support process improvement by identifying workflow gaps and recommending changes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and handle issues with clear escalation paths.
