Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking an Internal Controls Specialist who will drive a consistent, risk-based control culture across APAC, identifying gaps and providing clear reporting to stakeholders. You will work with Finance, Operations, HR and IT/Security to embed practical controls aligned to Group standards, deliver training, and support ERP transformations in a hybrid environment.

Qualified accountants with 3+ PQE, familiarity with ITGCs and GRC tools preferred; strong analytical,

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and testing methods.
• Familiarity with ITGCs and systems-based controls; internal audit or CISA is a plus.
• Experience with GRC tools and maintaining control libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate controls across APAC as a controls ambassador.
• Execute end-to-end control reviews,Testing, validation and gap remediation.
• Document and enhance controls across key processes; identify root causes and propose improvements.
• Maintain controls systems and libraries; prepare reporting with risk insights and remediation progress.
• Engage stakeholders across functions; deliver training and promote ownership culture.
• Support control integrity during transformations (ERP rollouts) and uphold data protection.
