VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead a dynamic team in Manila, driving high-impact campaigns for regional clients. The role requires a deep storytelling ability, strategic thinking, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams in the Philippines and APAC region.

You will guide creative direction, mentor a growing creative group, and help win new business while ensuring brand objectives are met through outstanding, culturally relevant work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field with a strong portfolio in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Engages and inspires teams across a large body of work; capable of working with a small but growing creative team, and with cross-functional disciplines with the agency—both in Philippines and APAC.
• Leads the development and delivery of creative solutions, from content work to larger campaign initiatives for a variety of clients and industries.
• Leads VM creative development for specific clients, working closely with clients to co-create when appropriate.
• Provides high level concept guidance and approvals.
• Drives new business development by partnering closely with the Client Partnership team and by networking in the industry.
• Leads and wins new business pitches.
