Jardine Service Centre Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee AP & AR operations, manage a team of specialists, and ensure accurate, compliant processing of payables and receivables. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience covering AP/Procure-to-Pay and AR/Order-to-Cash.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Hospitality environment is essential.
• Experience leading transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of complex accounting, internal controls, financial systems, and E2E finance processes.
• Prior experience leading system and process changes across PTP and OTC.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining organization and control.
• Proficient in ERP and POS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Opera, Micros) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead AP/PTP and AR/OTC operations with defined metrics and reports for leadership.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, and Suppliers to optimize terms and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations for payables and receivables.
• Provide supervisory oversight of billing and collections and AR aging.
• Escalate and resolve complex disputes with operations and sales teams.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger and support month-end close.
• Drive end-to-end efficiency and standardization across AP and AR.
