Job summary

Shell is seeking an Analyst for Accounts Payable (Japanese) in Manila to support the Team Manager and drive value through the RTP process. You will work with CP Operations, Data and Business Analysts to ensure timely, accurate AP transactions and contribute to process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance and strong Japanese communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a multicultural, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration.
• Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems.
• Read/write/speak Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve Accounts Payable RTP process.
• Prepare KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CP, Business and FO teams.
• Support month-end close and reconciliation activities.
• Contribute to migrations and digitalization projects.
