Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is seeking a talented graphic and multimedia designer to create graphics, videos, illustrations, logos, layouts and photos for client brands. You will translate briefs into engaging visuals and collaborate with staff and business partners to deliver on-brand messages.

This hybrid role requires at least 3+ years in graphic or multimedia design, proficiency with video editing and AI tools, and the ability to produce diverse message formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia design roles.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in creative production.
• Video editing, motion graphics, and animation tools.

Responsibilities

• Defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, videos, illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
• Provide multimedia graphic design.
• Plan and edit high quality video and/or photographic content.
• Execute final product using video effects, animation, motion graphics and 3D design.
• Ensure a high level of variety in message creation.
• Research clients to ensure work compliments the client’s own brand.
• Review designs for errors before sending out the final proof.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards; elevate to Manager if campaign breaches best practice.
• Review briefs and determine requirements.
• Contact account owner directly upon request or if brief requires clarification.
• Actively participate in Sales Club meetings, providing feedback and suggestions on campaigns.
• Actively participate in the annual conference, usually held in New Zealand.
• Continually upskill in advanced creative techniques, trends, technical skills, and software.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and tools that can be utilized for creative work within the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, videos, illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. While the focus is the creation of short duration messages, it may also include a wide variety of brands work. Graphics should capture the attention of their target market and communicate the right message. This willbe achieved through creative flair, translating briefs into design, liaising with staff and business partners inthe design process to clarify briefs and follow best practice standards.
  

Design

• Provide multimedia graphic design.
  
• Plan and edit high quality video and/ or photographic content.
  
• Execute final product to target audience using, including but not limited to, video effects,animation, motion graphics and 3D design

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: Hybrid
