Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a graphic/multimedia designer to join our creative team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on creating graphics, videos, illustrations, logos, and layouts to support brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of graphic or multimedia design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. You will work on design, video editing, and 3D basics while ensuring brand guidelines and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of AI tools used in creative production.

Role Functions:

Defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, videos, illustrations, logos, layouts. While the focus is the creation of short duration messages, it may also include a wide variety of brand work. Graphics should capture the attention of their target market and communicate the right message. This will be achieved through creative flair, translating briefs into design, liaising with staff and business partners in the design process to clarify briefs and follow best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design

• Provide multimedia graphic design.
• Plan and edit high quality video and/ or photographic content.
• Execute final product to target audience using, including but not limited to, video effects, animation, motion graphics and 3D design.
• Ensure a high level of variety in message creation.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
• Research clients to ensure work compliments the client’s own brand.
• Review designs for errors before sending out the final proof.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards, elevate to Manager if campaign breaches best practice.

3. Communication

• Review briefs and determine requirements.
• Contact account owner directly upon request or if brief requires clarification.
• Actively participate in the Sales Club meetings, providing feedback and suggestions on campaigns.
• Actively participate in the annual conference, usually held in New Zealand.

4. Training

• Continually upskill yourself in terms of advanced creative techniques, trends, technical skills, and software
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and tools that can be utilized for creative work within the business

5. Administration

• Make sure all work is completed within the deadline.
• Ensure all the work is backed up and archived.
• Keep a file of top tier work for production awards.
• Ensure SQUAR is kept up to date and minimum chargeable hours target met

Skills /Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design or multimedia design roles

Required Tools & Technologies:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Video editing, motion graphics, and animation tools
• Basic 3D design tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools used in creative production
