Big 3 Media in Singapore is seeking an Animation Post Producer to drive end-to-end animation-led and AI-enabled projects from brief to final delivery.
You will coordinate with creative, video, post-production, and account teams, balance timelines, resources, and scope, and provide practical guidance on animation pipelines while embracing AI-enabled workflows. Based in Singapore, occasional location shoots are required.
Big 3 Media is a Singapore-based creative video production house specialising in bold, story-driven content. Since 2008, we have consistently pushed beyond the conventional to craft work that is not only visually compelling, but deeply intentional - seeing every story through the lens of our clients, their audiences, and the worlds we bring to life.
Over the years, Big 3 Media has evolved into more than just a production house. We are part of a growing creative ecosystem, continuously expanding our capabilities across design, animation, video, and emerging technologies.
Today, we combine storytelling, technology, and execution to deliver impactful, multi-format content across industries. As we continue to scale, we are building a team of individuals who are not only strong executors, but who are excited to grow with us, shape new ways of working, and be part of what's next.
Guided by our core values - Creative, Empathetic, Better- we are constantly challenging ourselves to improve, evolve, and raise the bar in everything we do. As part of this growth, we are looking for an Animation Post Producer who can combine strong production management with a practical understanding of animation, post-production, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
The Animation Post Producer is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of animation-led and AI-enabled projects, from initial brief and production planning through to final delivery. Sitting within the animation function, this role provides the structure, coordination, and production judgment needed to keep work moving smoothly, on time, on brief, and within scope.
This is not a purely administrative project management role. The Animation Post Producer should be able to understand animation and post-production requirements, contribute practical production guidance, and work closely with creative, video, post-production, and account teams. The role is based in Singapore and may require attendance at location shoots where animation or AI-production input is needed.
Own animation-led and AI-enabled projects from kickoff to final delivery, translating briefs into clear production plans, workflows, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project timelines, allocate internal and external resources, track production progress, and balance team bandwidth to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Apply a practical understanding of animation and post-production workflows to advise on feasibility, production approach, handovers, and delivery requirements. Support the team in resolving production challenges without losing sight of the creative intent.
Work with the animation and AI team to explore and integrate AI tools into production workflows where appropriate, helping the team improve efficiency while maintaining quality and creative standards. Take ownership of AI-driven projects when required, managing the end-to-end creative and production process while ensuring deliverables are met.
Coordinate closely with creative, video, post-production, and account teams to ensure clear briefs, smooth handovers, and aligned deliverables. Attend location shoots when animation, visual effects, or AI-production considerations need to be addressed on set.
Anticipate risks, manage changes in scope or timelines, follow up on feedback and required assets, and resolve issues early to keep projects moving. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide creative input and a strong visual eye for animation projects, helping to shape the overall look, style, pacing, storytelling, and execution. Work closely with animators, designers, directors, and creative teams to ensure animation work is creatively strong, visually consistent, and aligned with the intended concept and client objectives.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in animation, post-production, creative production, advertising, or media
Proven experience managing animation or post-production projects from brief through to final delivery
A practical understanding of the animation production pipeline, including planning, asset preparation, production, reviews, revisions, and final delivery
Able to balance project management with sound creative and production judgment, and provide clear guidance when challenges arise
Exposure to AI-assisted creative or production workflows is preferred; curiosity and willingness to adopt new ways of working are essential
Strong communication and coordination skills across creative teams, production teams, clients, and external partners
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment where priorities and project scopes may shift
Able to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability, while collaborating closely with the wider team
Based in Singapore and comfortable attending location shoots when animation or AI-production input is required
