Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Mobile Performance Engineering, Android Development, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in optimizing Android performance (rendering jank, startup time).
Experience identifying memory leaks and battery drain.
Hands-on with Android profiling tools (Android Profiler, Systrace).
Strong Kotlin background and Android systems internals.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Use profiling tools to diagnose rendering jank and startup delays.
Analyze memory usage and prevent leaks for long-term stability.
Reduce battery consumption across devices and OS versions.
Investigate application behavior across framework layers for reliability.
Collaborate with teams to review architecture and provide data-driven insights.
Design and implement automated performance tests in CI/CD to prevent regressions.
