Job summary

Wokab is seeking an experienced Android engineer to join our product-focused team. You will build world-class Android applications using Kotlin and Java, leveraging MVVM/MVI architectures and modern Android toolsets.

You will integrate APIs and third-party SDKs while collaborating with product, design, QA and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will optimize app performance, ensure clean, maintainable code, and contribute to a strong engineering culture within a fast-paced product

Qualifications

Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
Strong knowledge of Android Architecture Components and MVVM/MVP/MVI patterns.
Experience with Jetpack Compose, Retrofit, RxJava and third-party SDKs.
Familiarity with Android app lifecycle, performance optimization, and code quality.
Version control and collaboration tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence; agile methods.
