Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Anaplan Business Analyst / Model Builder to support Anaplan, finance and workforce planning.

You will develop, manage, and optimize models to drive planning processes and provide scalable financial solutions. You will partner with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications, deliver end-to-end implementations, and enable user adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, accounting, or a related field.
• Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder (or higher) with proven experience building and supporting Anaplan models.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into functional/technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and QlikView is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Anaplan Model Build & Platform Ownership: Develop, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models for finance and workforce planning.
• Create dashboards and reporting views to support decision-making.
• Perform data integration, validation, and analysis for accurate model inputs/outputs.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and auditability within models.
• Collaborate with global partners to maintain alignment and standards.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Elicit and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define KPIs and calculation logic for planning and reporting models.
• Deliver training and user guides to drive adoption and post-go-live support.
