Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Anaplan Business Analyst / Model Builder to support Anaplan models for finance and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate has hands-on Anaplan experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment as priorities shift across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, accounting, or related field.
• Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder (or higher) with proven experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and QlikView is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models for finance and workforce planning.
• Create dashboards and reporting views to support decision-making.
• Perform data integration, validation, and analysis for model inputs/outputs.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliations, and auditability within models.
• Troubleshoot model issues, implement security controls, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with global partners across time zones to align standards.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
