Job summary

HRTX in Pasay is seeking an Analytics Manager to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will oversee data extraction, database maintenance, and high-level visualization to provide management with precise insights for growth and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in analytics/BI, expertise in Tableau or Qlik, SQL, Python or R, and strong communication and presentation skills. On-site work in Pasay with Monday–Friday morning shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Qlik, plus expert-level MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Oracle.
• Expertise in database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong mathematical background and ability to apply complex algorithms to datasets.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare management reports, KPI tracking, and provide initial analysis and commentary.
• Data Extraction: Use automated tools and SQL to pull data from primary and secondary sources.
• Systems Management: Develop, maintain, and reorganize databases for maximum readability and efficiency.
• Data Integrity: Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and meaningful results.
• Compliance Support: Provide accounting data to assist with tax compliance and planning.
