Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and data models transforming raw data into actionable business insights for decision-making.

You will work with Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable analytics solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into measurable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MIS, CS, IT, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, BI, or data development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, views, and tables that support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Optimize database queries and data models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management, reporting, and analytics processes.
