Job summary

Willis Towers Watson Philippines is seeking an Analyst to support day-to-day billing operations. You will analyze billing data, adjust WIPs, validate invoices, and create client exhibits, while handling project setup, contract administration, billing, accounts receivable, commissions and other ad-hoc requests.

The role requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle R12, with strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in shared services is preferred.
• Experience supporting Billing, Invoicing and Finance & Accounting.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing data and adjust WIPs as required.
• Review and validate invoices and create client exhibits.
• Handle requests on project setup, contract administration, billing, AR, and commissions.
• Collaborate with virtual teams and the H&B NA team to maintain quality standards.
