AboitizPower is seeking an Analytics and Decision Support Manager in Makati City, Philippines. The role leads the FP&A team to deliver financial analysis, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to drive performance.

You will collaborate with the FP&A team, provide budgeting and forecasting support, and contribute to governance and decision-making processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in Accounting/Finance with at least 3–4 years in FP&A.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of P&L, cash flows and KPIs.
• Support VP/AVP FP&A in reporting, planning, forecasting and special transactions.
• Oversee Financial Planning, Analysis and Decision Support functions.
• Manage budgeting systems, governance, and financial controls.
• Contribute to organisation development initiatives.

As The Analytics and Decision Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functions and activities of financial planning and analysis team which are crucial in driving strategic decision-making processes within the 1AP organization through comprehensive financial analysis and insights. This position requires a strong background in finance, data analytics and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations that will optimize financial performance and support organizational goals in their strategies and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Heavily involved in performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Company’s Profit & Loss, financial position, cash flows and performance against plans, targets and KPIs.
• Providing support to the VP and AVP FP&A in the areas of performance reporting, planning, forecasting, “Warchest” and special transactions.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional: At least 5 years With at least 3-4 years in Accounting / Finance
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years supervisor role
• License: Preferably Certified Public Accountant
