Job summary

Syngene International Limited in the Philippines is seeking a Scientist – Analytical Development to support drug substance development from discovery through manufacturing. You will perform sample preparation, run analytical methods (HPLC, GC, LC-MS) and maintain instrument calibration in a GMP/GLP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in chromatographic (HPLC, UPLC, GC) and spectroscopic (NMR, MS, UV, IR) techniques.
• Knowledge of ICH, GMP, GLP and global regulatory guidelines.
• Experience supporting drug substance development from early phase to commercial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of samples and maintain cleanliness of lab and instrumentation area.
• Perform routine sample analysis using HPLC, GC, LCMS and moisture content.
• Calibration of analytical instruments and ensure GDP for documents.
• Daily calibrations of analytical instruments and equipment as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in analytical workflows and collaborate cross-functionally.
