Job summary

Morgan McKinley is hiring an Analyst - KYC /CDD (Private Banking) to join our Relationship Management team to support HNW/UHNW clients, partnering closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include delivering CDD for onboarding and ongoing reviews, drafting comprehensive KYC reports, collecting and validating documents, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, with equivalent professional experience considered.
• 3+ years’ experience in banking/financial services with exposure to client due diligence and KYC processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, mathematics, analytics, organization and planning.
• Solid understanding of private banking products and services for effective client engagement.
• Experience producing CDD/KYC narratives for onboarding and periodic reviews in banks or financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork with ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver CDD for HNW/UHNW clients and ensure onboarding and reviews.
• Draft and finalize CDD reports covering client profiles, ownership structures, source of wealth, activity and risk.
• Collect, validate and quality-check KYC documentation; address gaps to maintain accurate records.
• Oversee case pipelines and timelines; coordinate with stakeholders to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Ensure KYC/CDD activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Collect, validate, and perform quality checks on KYC documentation, promptly addressing gaps or exceptions to maintain accurate client records.
• Oversee case pipelines and timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet service levels and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure all KYC/CDD activities are conducted in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, with equivalent professional experience considered.
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to client due diligence and KYC processes.
• Demonstrates proven strengths in customer service, communication, sales, mathematics, analytics, organization, and planning.
