Job summary

White & Case LLP’s Global Operating Center in Manila seeks a Senior Advisor, Infrastructure & Architecture to drive technology initiatives, streamline operations, and advance enterprise architecture and network operations, enabling efficient, scalable services across the firm. You will analyze data structures, design data models, and develop conceptual diagrams that become integration specifications.

Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

The Senior Advisor, Infrastructure & Architecture provides professional support and advice within the Infrastructure & Architecture team on a wide range of Technology matters, including implementing new technologies or resolving technical challenges. This role centres on streamlining operations and facilitating productivity advancements in Infrastructure & Architecture topics including enterprise architecture and network operations. The Senior Advisor applies innovative solutions to complex problems, conducts detailed analysis, and investigates existing approaches to identify improvements, thereby playing an integral role in the daily operation.

• Contribute to the design of standard practices for the management of the information architecture repository.
• Provide technical support and training to other departments on how to access and use data systems.
• Support data migration projects, ensuring alignment with target architectures.
• Responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Architecture capability model and application portfolio.
