Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in Pasig City is seeking a Systems and Process Analyst to support the FPSPM Head in SAP-ERP module management, master data handling and CAPEX planning.

You will manage SAP controls, document requirements, generate reports, and streamline finance processes while monitoring CAPEX performance against budgets. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the role is based in Pasig.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Newly CPA board passers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Industrial Engineering.
• Strong SAP-ERP background.
• Well-versed in business process review and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handles SAP applications controls, access, master data and data maintenance.
• Documents user requirements and testing activities for SAP enhancements.
• Generates ad hoc tables and reports from SAP.
• Reviews, streamlines and implements finance policies, processes and procedures.
• Consolidates CAPEX projections of Cost Centers and Business Units.
• Monitors CAPEX performance against budget.

JOB SUMMARY

The Systems and Process Analyst supports the FPSPM Head in the management of the SAP-ERP modules including master data management, reviews, streamlines and implements finance policies, processes and procedures and provides assistance in management of the company’s assets including clean-up of existing asset list in SAP and CAPEX planning.

• Handles SAP applications controls, access, master data and data maintenance

• Handles documentation of user requirements and testing activities for SAP enhancements

• Provides assistance in ad hoc activities including generating special tables and reports from SAP

• Reviews, streamlines and implements finance policies, processes and procedures

• Consolidates CAPEX projections of Cost Centers and Business Units

• Monitors and tracks CAPEX performance against budget

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNT IS A MUST

• Newly CPA Board Passers are welcome to apply!
