We are seeking a Client Solutions professional with 1–2 years of experience for a remote contractor position in the Philippines, with a preference for candidates based in US business hours. This is a client‑facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on projects
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
• Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions

Research & Consulting Support

• Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on projects
• Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
• Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision‑making

Client Support & Delivery

• Support ongoing client engagement and project execution
• Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes
• Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal global teams to deliver projects
• Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and stakeholders
• Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup
