PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking an AML Transaction Monitoring Associate to independently review alerts and conduct investigations to identify potentially suspicious activity in line with regulatory requirements and client policies. The role targets individuals with AML monitoring experience who can exercise sound judgment and escalate risks appropriately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of AML monitoring, investigations, or compliance experience.
• Familiar with AML regulations, monitoring systems and SARs escalation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to produce clear, detailed narrative reports.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Review AML transaction monitoring alerts and conduct investigations.
• Identify typologies and risk indicators of potential financial crime.
• Document findings clearly and escalate high-risk cases.
• Support SAR filing and regulatory reporting where applicable.
• Maintain audit-ready case files and track workload against SLAs.
• Collaborate with local and offshore teams on AML delivery.
