Job summary

BOLDER PHILIPPINES LTD. INC., a hybrid-structured center located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, seeks an AML Compliance Support Analyst.

The role involves analyzing transactions, investigating potentially suspicious activity, and ensuring policy compliance within a COE framework. The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background, knowledge of AML laws, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with AML software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Understanding of AML regulations, including BSA and related laws.
• Ability to analyze complex transactions and identify red flags.
• Experience in investigations and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to explain complex issues clearly.
• Proficiency in using AML software and databases.
• Ability to identify and resolve AML compliance issues effectively.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• CAMS or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and customer data to identify AML risks.
• Investigate and document suspicious activity; file SARs as required.
• Assist in developing and implementing AML policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date on AML regulations and best practices.
• Provide AML training and support to employees.
• Participate in audits by regulatory agencies.
• Contribute to AML systems and tools maintenance.
