Job summary

Neato Robotics is seeking a Marketplace Vendor Central Specialist to own the full scope of Vendor Central operations for partnered brands. You will monitor catalogs, create new listings, and resolve catalog and content issues in collaboration with Amazon Vendor Support.

You will also support the Marketplace Catalog team with knowledge of Seller Central and assist on 3P tasks when needed. 3+ years in marketplace catalog or vendor management is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage a high volume of listings and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of Neato's Amazon Vendor Central catalog, listings, and content.
• Monitor Vendor Central dashboard and notifications; triage and resolve or escalate issues.
• Create new product listings and item setups in Vendor Central with accurate attributes and compliance.
• Execute bulk uploads and flat file submissions; verify processing success.
• Manage parent/child variation relationships to ensure correct display across catalog.
• Troubleshoot catalog and listing errors; open cases with Amazon Vendor Support.
• Maintain Vendor Central content including images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages.
• Conduct regular audits to catch suppressed listings or data inconsistencies.
