Job summary
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking an Airframe Systems Engineer in the Engineering & Fleet Management department on a probationary basis. The role focuses on reviewing Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, coordinating with manufacturers, and supporting maintenance program enhancements to improve fleet reliability.
Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and familiarity with EASA/FAA/CAA standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience in aircraft systems engineering preferred.
- Licensed Aeronautical Engineer or PRC license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other technical publications for applicability; issue in-house publications.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to address malfunctions and ensure technical resolution.
- Support maintenance programs to improve dispatch reliability and component efficiency.
- Evaluate and approve aircraft system modifications and part upgrades.
- Monitor fleet reliability and lead investigations with corrective actions.
