Qualifications

• Recent certifying experience for 6 months in the last 24 months.
• Holder of CRS and/or MR authorization.
• Type ratings and trainings for A320/A330/B737 and B777 aircraft.
• Valid CAAP AMT License with A&P/Avionics rating.
• Graduate of Bachelor/Associate in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
• Good knowledge and skills in aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the team of Mechanics in aircraft maintenance activities.
• Conduct general supervision and discipline of Mechanics and Trainees.
• Monitor housekeeping within the workspace and report safety concerns.
• Assist Deputy Unit Chief in assessing staff performance.
• Implement regulatory systems and document non-routine tasks.
