Job summary

Super-Aire Airconditioning and Mechanical Solutions, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Aircon Troubleshooting Technician to diagnose, test, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.

You will identify faults, perform precise repairs, and ensure energy-efficient operation. Applicants should have vocational RAC/HVAC training (TESDA NC II or equivalent), be able to read wiring diagrams, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Vocational RAC/HVAC training or certification preferred (TESDA NC II or equivalent).
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience in aircon troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Inspect motors, thermostats, and controls to pinpoint failures.
• Repair & Maintenance: Replace parts, fix refrigerant leaks, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Testing & Quality Check: Verify safe, efficient operation after repairs or installation.
• Client Communication: Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain service records and follow safety standards.

Super-Aire Airconditioning and Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Aircon Troubleshooting Technician to diagnose, test, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. In this role, you will be the frontline problem-solver responsible for identifying electrical and mechanical faults, checking refrigerant levels, and performing precise repairs to ensure optimal unit performance and energy efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Inspect compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical controls to accurately pinpoint mechanical and electrical system failures.
• Repair & Maintenance: Execute necessary component replacements, fix refrigerant leaks, clear drainage issues, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Testing & Quality Check: Test air conditioning units after repairs or installations to verify safe and efficient operation before sign-off.
• Client Communication: Explain technical issues and recommended solutions clearly to customers, providing helpful tips on proper system upkeep.
• Documentation & Safety: Keep accurate service records of parts used and strictly adhere to safety standards and environmental refrigerant handling guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Relevant vocational training or certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) Servicing / HVAC (e.g., TESDA NC II or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience: With experience in aircon troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC systems, physical stamina for field work, and solid customer service skills.

• Others: Willing to work full-time and on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
