Airconditioning Technician

Biñan, Quezon City, and Pasay

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, modifies, overhauls and/or repairs air conditioning systems and other cooling, heating or ventilation systems
• Conducts maintenance checks according to the schedule, recording data such as temperature, refrigerant level, and potential leakage
• Installs air conditioning and other cooling, heating or ventilation systems
• Reports faults to the relevant authorities and makes necessary recommendations
• Uses tools and operates equipment in accordance with the trade (e.g., oxy‑ace outfit, manometer, vacuum pump, etc.)
• Ensures that tools are well‑kept and maintained
• Exercises prescribed safety and health procedures
• Coordinates with authorities regarding the ordering of supplies
• Produces appropriate service and repair reports
• Responds to routine and emergency service calls in coordination with the authorities

Qualifications
