Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for safety leadership.
• 5+ years in airline safety, QA, or compliance.
• Deep knowledge of IATA manuals and aviation safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation measures.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure staff maintain valid certifications and training.
