Job summary

Mergepoint AI, based in Metro Manila, is seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer with hybrid work arrangement. The role involves designing AI-powered workflow solutions, gathering client requirements, and demonstrating capabilities through technical presentations and proofs of concept.

You will configure integrations, support presales, and collaborate with product/engineering teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong software development and integration skills, including experience with RPA, APIs, web services, and data formats (e.g., JSON, REST).
• Background in consulting and presales, translating business needs into clear technical solutions and architectures.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to support technical discussions, demos, and proofs of concept for prospective customers.
• Understanding of AI, automation, or workflow tools and their practical application in business environments is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify technical requirements for client projects.
• Configure and integrate Mergepoint AI solutions with client systems.
• Troubleshoot integration or implementation issues.
• Support presales activities, prepare solution proposals and documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide field feedback and ensure successful deployments.
