SimplyGood makes waterless, plastic-free home care for families in Singapore and Malaysia: laundry detergent sheets, softener sheets, cleaning tablets and more. Our products work as well as the big brands, without the plastic jugs or harsh chemicals. Meta ads are our main growth engine, and we are moving most of our ad production to AI.

About the role

We already have the creative strategy. We have a bank of tested angles and more scripts than we can produce. What we are missing is someone who can take a script and turn it into a scroll-stopping, launch-ready Meta ad in hours, not days, mostly with AI. You are focused on

• AI production: you generate the raw footage with AI, mainly in Higgsfield
• Video editing: you cut those raws together into a finished, launch-ready Meta ad

You get approved scripts and briefs from our team. You produce the raws with AI, edit the full ad, and deliver it ready to go live. When an ad wins, you make more versions of it fast.

This role is measured on three things:

• How many launch ready ads you ship each week
• Ad content metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, Video Avg watch time,..)
• Winning Ads % - How many of them are winning ads

What you will do

1. Generate the raws (AI production)

• Based on the creative brief, generate every shot in Higgsfield (Seedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana and whichever model is best that month): AI scenes, characters, B-roll, product shots and before-and-after moments
• Write and refine prompts for camera movement, lighting and action until each clip looks real
• Keep characters consistent across scenes and make sure our packaging matches our real products exactly
• Generate extra hook shots and alternate openings up front, so variations are quick later
• Create AI voiceovers in natural Singapore and Malaysia English (ElevenLabs or similar)

2. Edit it all together (video editing)

• Assemble the raws into a finished ad in CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Edit to direct-response standards: a hook in the first 2 seconds, tight pacing, no dead frames, a clear demo and a clear call to action
• Add captions, text overlays, product callouts, music, sound effects and transitions
• Mix AI raws with real creator, UGC, in-house and product footage when the brief needs it
• Clean up AI artefacts: warped hands, flicker, broken text, wrong labels. If it looks fake, it doesn't ship.
• Export in every placement we need (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), with safe zones respected for Reels and Stories

What we are looking / Must have

• AI Savy - Familiar with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs, ...
• At least 6 months of hands-on, weekly AI video production. Higgsfield is our main platform. If you are strong in Kling, Veo or Seedance elsewhere and can prove it, apply anyway.
• A portfolio of AI video ads you made for real brands (not just showreels or art clips), where you did both the generation and the edit
• At least 3 years of video editing for social media or paid ads, with strong skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro (cutting, captions, sound, colour, exports)
• You can take a folder of raw clips and turn it into a tight 15 to 45 second ad without someone holding your hand
• You understand why a paid social ad is different from a pretty video: hooks, retention, demos, proof, CTA
• Speed: once ramped up, you can ship 20 or more finished ads a week, a mix of new concepts and variations
• Reliability: you deliver on time without being chased, and you say early when something is blocked
