Job summary

Insight Manila in Pasig is seeking a UI/UX Developer for the AI Development team. You will design intuitive interfaces, wireframes, and production-ready front-end solutions that power AI applications, dashboards, and workflows.

You will own the user experience from concept to implementation, ensuring accessibility and responsive design across devices. The role emphasizes collaboration with AI developers and product owners, rapid prototyping, and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Strong portfolio showing user-centered design with wireframes and prototypes.
Proficiency with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for production-quality interfaces.
Experience building/designing design systems and component libraries.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to explain design rationale.

Responsibilities

Design UI for AI-powered web apps including dashboards, forms, and charts.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder feedback.
Develop production front-end code using React and JavaScript/CSS.
Maintain a consistent design system and component library for the team.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews.
Collaborate with Full Stack AI Developers and Product Owners to ensure feasibility.
Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser/device compatibility.
