Job summary

Shopee is seeking a strategic AI Transformation Associate to help shape and execute our Regional People AI agenda across the organization. You will translate people workflow pain points into prioritized AI use cases and business cases, and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives from planning through risk oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy experience in top-tier consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous business problems.
• Strong project management with timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with AI products and enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

• Support the development and execution of the Regional People AI transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost, and risk.
• Work with People teams to translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology, Data and other relevant functions.
• Drive rollout and adoption through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, training and change-management activities.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and business impact, and use performance data and user feedback to improve solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance, including usage guidelines, guardrails and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, excluding internship and part-time work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate insights and measure impact.
• Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
