SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI Trainee to bridge advanced technology with practical adoption. You will design SimplyGo's enterprise AI roadmap, identify high-impact use cases, collaborate across teams, and build robust measurement frameworks to demonstrate business value.

You will gain hands-on experience in shaping AI strategy, vendor management, and end-to-end deployment, with a focus on governance, ethics, and operational impact.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management of Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence capabilities, including ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Strong business analytics skills to evaluate operations and map AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent framework thinking with ability to develop KPIs and measurement models.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear communication of complex tech concepts.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Use Case Formulation: translate challenges into actionable AI use cases and plan a phased AI roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation: liaise between business units and technical stakeholders; define requirements and timelines.

What You Will Do

SPL is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and analytical AI Trainee to join our organization. This role is not about writing back-end code; it is about bridging the gap between advanced technology and purposeful adoption.

As an AI Trainee, you will be at the heart of designing SimplyGo's roadmap for enterprise AI adoption. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify high-impact use cases, collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions, and develop robust measurement frameworks to evaluate and demonstrate their business value.

Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In

Strategy & Use Case Formulation

• Engage stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and goals.

• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases (e.g., rewards optimization, trend prediction, workflow automation).

• Assist in prioritizing these use cases into a structured, phased AI roadmap based on commercial viability and implementation complexity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation

• Act as the link between business units and technical stakeholders (internal and external).

• Define business requirements, coordinate timelines, and ensure solutions address the users’ needs.

• Support change management to drive onboarding and adoption of AI tools among internal staff.

Framework Development & Success Metrics

• Establish comprehensive frameworks to evaluate ROI and performance of AI solutions.

• Track and report on key success metrics (e.g., efficiency gains, adoption rates, accuracy improvement, business value).

• Help establish governance structure to ensure alignment with enterprise risk management, and ethical AI standards.
