Job summary

Klaiya is seeking a hands-on creator to be the visible face of its AI capability within brand accounts. You will own the AI clip pipeline end-to-end, turning AI-generated clips into polished brand pieces with a distinctive voice.

You will review, refine, and expand clips and captions daily, while also producing 1–3 original short-form pieces per week to cover launches and trends. Fluency in Filipino and English with Taglish sensibilities is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience producing short-form video.
• Portfolio showing AI integration in workflow.
• Strong CapCut or Premiere editing skills.
• Native Filipino with fluent English and Taglish ability.
• Comfortable giving/receiving structured feedback daily.

Responsibilities

The Role

You will be the visible face of Klaiya’s AI capability inside your assigned brand accounts. You will operate our AI clip pipeline end-to-end, taking AI-generated clips from live streams and ensuring they feel like carefully-crafted brand pieces. You will have genuine ownership of brand outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clips daily from the previous live streams of your assigned brands.
• Approve, refine, or reject AI-generated clips before they are posted to client accounts.
• Refine AI-generated captions to ensure Taglish nuance, local cultural fit, and accurate brand voice.
• Concept, shoot, and edit 1–3 original short-form pieces per week for moments the AI cannot cover, such as new launches or trend participation.
• Utilize AI tools in your daily workflow for script drafting, caption generation, B-roll selection, or voice synthesis.
• Feed structured feedback into the AI calibration loop to communicate what worked, what missed, and why.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience producing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts at a professional level.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in your current workflow—you must be able to show a portfolio with AI integration explained.
• Solid editing skills in CapCut or Premiere, with the ability to cut a 30-second piece end-to-end in under 30 minutes.
• A working understanding of TikTok mechanics, including hooks, the For You Page (FYP), retention, hashtags, and trends.
• Native or fluent Filipino and functional English, with high comfort navigating Taglish creative decisions.
• Comfort with giving and receiving structured feedback daily.
