Qualifications

As an AI Strategies & Implementer at AKOI Management, you will architect, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions, automated workflows, and custom integrations that transform how our teams and clients operate. You will work hands-on with emerging LLMs, API architectures, and Python-based automations—converting complex operational challenges into streamlined, high-efficiency systems. Key Responsibilities

• Audit internal tax, financial, and operational processes to identify high-impact areas where AI and automation can eliminate manual friction and speed up turnarounds.

• Architect, test, and refine advanced system prompts, agentic workflows, and structured outputs to ensure AI tools deliver accurate, reliable results.

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-based LLM applications, custom webhooks, and REST API connections connecting foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) with internal software and databases.

• Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections to build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) information pipelines for context-aware AI tools.

• Seamlessly connect AI capabilities with core enterprise platforms, communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack), and custom databases.

• Enforce strict data security best practices—including zero-data-retention API policies, local encryption, and clean-desk data hygiene—to safeguard client financial, tax, and proprietary company datasets.

• Serve as the primary domain expert, conducting hands-on training and knowledge-sharing sessions so staff can effectively navigate and utilize internal AI tools.

• Continuously monitor AI output accuracy, system error rates, and API token costs, iteratively refining prompts and fallback logic to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience or project work involving coding, web scraping, API connections, or basic machine learning/AI applications.

Core Technical Skills:

• Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Python (handling JSON data, basic data processing libraries, and API calls).

• Hands-on experience using consumer AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and a basic understanding of prompt engineering principles (system prompts, structured output formats).

• Understanding of how REST APIs and webhooks work to pass data between software systems.

• Foundational knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMs) and Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian).

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, RAG architecture, and managing cloud-deployed LLM applications.

Security & Infrastructure:

• Understanding of data security best practices, data privacy standards, secure file handling, and Internet of Things (IoT) security fundamentals.

• Must possess personal encrypted computer hardware, high-speed fiber internet, and a reliable backup power solution.

Business Acumen & Mindset:

• Strong logical reasoning, fast learning agility, and a high interest in learning US accounting/tax business processes to automate manual tasks.
