BruntWork is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI agents and NLP solutions for legal workflows. You will leverage Python, Copilot Studio, and Pattern Builder MAX to integrate AI systems with internal platforms and external APIs.

You will collaborate with the legal team to productionize models, monitor performance, and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies across the firm. This remote role offers UK hours and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in AI, ML, or software development.
• Strong Python skills (and ideally Java or C#).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/SE or related field.
• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents with Copilot Studio or similar.
• Experience API integrations in enterprise environments.
• Data preprocessing skills for ML.
• Production monitoring of AI systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Work portfolio relevant to the role.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and improve AI agents to automate legal workflows.
• Develop ML and NLP solutions for legal text analysis.
• Integrate AI tools with internal platforms and external APIs.
• Collaborate with AI strategy and legal stakeholders to translate needs.
• Liaise with third-party AI providers to onboard tools and manage integrations.
• Review, test, and maintain AI systems for accuracy and security.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimise models and workflows.
• Research emerging AI tools and contribute to AI strategy.
• Support adoption of AI tools through training for lawyers and staff.
• Assist marketing in communicating AI capabilities to clients.
