Overview

BDO is seeking a motivated Junior AI Solution Consultant to help clients identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that address business challenges. The role combines hands-on solution development with client engagement, enabling candidates to gain exposure across the full AI solution lifecycle from discovery and implementation to user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify AI use cases.

• Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.

• Translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions and technical specifications.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications leveraging technologies such as LLMs, conversational AI, and RAG.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Support solution deployment, user onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Working Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, solution engineering, or related fields.

• Exposure to client-facing projects, workshops, or solution implementation is an advantage.
