Job summary

Teoh Capital Pty in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on product leader who can operate as a one-person product team. You’ll take an idea from competitor and customer research through solution design, roadmap, POC, build, QA, deployment, launch, and support, often directly with engineers. AI will be your multiplier across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Evidence you have taken a software product from idea to launch.
• Strong competitor and product analysis capabilities.
• Good product judgement to cut scope and ship value quickly.
• Hands-on building with Git, terminals, APIs, and AI coding tools.
• Practical knowledge of TS, Python, Java, Vue, or React.
• Clear communication without excessive process or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse competitors, customer workflows, and AI capabilities to decide what to build.
• Turn business problems into a clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
• Design workflows and UX with Figma or front-end prototypes.
• Define roadmap and smallest releasable feature set.
• Build POCs, features, and integrations with AI agents.
• Work with repos, APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud services.
• Test full user journeys, fix issues, and ensure reliability and cost control.
• Coordinate deployment, monitoring, rollback, and production support.
• Launch, support early users, measure results, and iterate.
• Own plan, priorities, blockers, and stakeholder communication from idea to launch.
