Job summary

SGL Manila (Shared Service Center), Inc. seeks a QA-focused professional to own testing across the delivery cycle, including AI features where correctness is probabilistic. The role requires building AI agents on Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI, with Python or C# expertise.

You will implement orchestration, agent tooling, and retrieval-augmented generation, while integrating with Microsoft 365/SharePoint and business APIs, and establishing guardrails in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• At least three years of hands-on QA experience across web and API testing.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent testing certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents on Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service using Python or C#.
• Implement orchestration, function calling and retrieval-augmented generation with Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph and SharePoint through custom APIs.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation sets and responsible-AI controls with monitoring and cost management.
• Collaborate with business teams to turn pain points into scoped agent use cases and deliver code.
