Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking an AI Platform Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support for AI-powered applications and software platforms. You will troubleshoot platform issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain reliability.

The role requires hands-on API troubleshooting, scripting in PowerShell or Python, and solid Git version-control practices. Work-from-home with a permanent night shift ensures focused problem solving in a global AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical support for AI platforms or software systems.
• Troubleshoot APIs, interpret HTTP status codes and review logs.
• Use Git, manage branches and pull requests for collaboration.
• Write and troubleshoot basic scripts in PowerShell or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate issues.
• Document findings and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently without relying on AI tools for basic tasks.
• Preferred: experience supporting AI apps, REST APIs, and cloud/log monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day technical support for AI-powered applications, software platforms, and related integrations.
• API Troubleshooting: Interpret HTTP status codes, review logs, analyze error messages, and identify root causes.
• Scripting and Automation: Write and troubleshoot basic PowerShell or Python scripts to automate tasks.
• Git and Version Control: Use Git for development workflows, including branching and PR reviews.
• Incident Investigation: Diagnose issues, document findings, and escalate with logs and evidence.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear docs on troubleshooting steps and known issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, development, and operations teams to improve reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance support workflows and automate tasks.
