Job summary

Globe Group seeks an AI-focused software engineer to build and scale enterprise platforms by embedding AI capabilities and reusable services. You will design architectures for extensibility and collaborate across disciplines to deliver secure, high-performance systems.

You will work on AI model integration, data pipelines, and DevOps handover, while maintaining documentation and staying current with AI advances. This role emphasizes clean code, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of core software development experience with a strong systems or backend engineering foundation.
• Baseline familiarity or exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, and RAG.
• Demonstrable portfolio of previous software and AI/ML projects showing value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and maintain core software platforms with clean architecture, high availability, and API security.
• Build and deploy robust integrations with Small and Large Language Models, embedding AI components into user workflows.
• Design reusable microservices that connect with legacy environments and cloud frameworks.
• Partner with operations and infrastructure teams to enable automated software delivery, monitoring, and scaling.
• Analyze, benchmark, and optimize platform latency, data pipelines, and code execution efficiency.
• Maintain a flexible architecture for rapid experimentation and deployment of AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI models and reusable modules into existing applications with focus on scalability and security.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI models and refine as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and document designs clearly.
