Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Manila (Taguig) is seeking an AI Platform Development Specialist to design and build secure AI-enabled solutions that automate enterprise AV support and Teams Rooms services.

You will work with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Graph APIs, delivering grounded, auditable responses while collaborating with Operations, AV Engineering and security teams.

• Create retrieval, orchestration and automation patterns with grounded responses.

• Develop automated incident enrichment, triage and self-service capabilities.
• Implement telemetry, access control and lifecycle practices for production AI solutions.

AI Platform Development Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

AV Engineering AI specialist to accelerate automated support for Operations, OSTS and the end user. Liaises with other AI teams to ensure best practice for Office Technology Projects. Reduces support requirements and incidents while improving stability, security and manageability.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure AI-enabled solutions that automate support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV services.
• Build copilots, agents, workflows and intelligent troubleshooting experiences using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, knowledge sources and enterprise APIs.
• Create retrieval, orchestration and automation patterns that provide grounded, traceable and supportable responses.
• Partner with Operations, OSTS, AV Engineering, security and other AI teams to align architecture, governance and reusable best practices.
• Develop automated incident enrichment, triage, remediation recommendations and user self-service capabilities.
• Implement evaluation, telemetry, access control, content-safety and lifecycle practices for production AI solutions.
• Document solution architecture, support models, prompt patterns, testing outcomes and operational runbooks.

Skills and attributes for success

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on enterprise software development and automation experience, with a focus on secure and maintainable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and the ability to explain AI concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, product thinking, customer orientation and disciplined experimentation.
• Ability to prioritize responsible AI, privacy, security, reliability and measurable operational outcomes.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio development.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate and Azure Automation.
• Python and PowerShell for automation, service integration and AI orchestration.
• Microsoft Graph API plus REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and enterprise connectors.
• Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, Conditional Access and secure application access patterns.
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and application telemetry for AI solution observability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android and enterprise AV support workflows.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, evaluation and human‑in‑the‑loop design.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• SQL, data modeling and analytics for operational feedback loops.
• ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.
• Power BI reporting for adoption, quality, incident‑deflection and service‑health insights.
• Experience with AV management platforms such as Control Hub, Poly Lens and Neat Pulse.
• Experience developing AI‑driven operations, predictive maintenance and automated troubleshooting solutions.
• Azure Administration knowledge aligned to AZ‑104 concepts.
