Qualifications

8+ years in production management across VFX/animation/post-production/digital content.
Experience managing schedules, trackers, milestones and dependencies.
Experience with production workflow systems and reporting for complex creative pipelines.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production planning and execution across projects, PODs, creative and technical teams.
Translate creative and technical requirements into executable production plans.
Coordinate across diverse teams including Vendors and external partners.
Maintain visibility on scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.
Move from prototypes to structured production execution without sacrificing speed or creativity.
