Job summary

Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada to join Prévenir, our new occupational health service built inside Alan. You’ll own fullstack features using Python/Flask and React in a distributed team with doctors, nurses, designers and operations, delivering impactful digital and onsite experiences for workers.

Based in Paris is a strong plus, and you must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium or Spain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Comfort with backend and frontend in a health-tech context.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable systems with regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-first medical software features used by health professionals.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers and operations to ship on time.
• Design onsite member experiences for Paris-based medical center and digital touchpoints.
