Job summary

EY seeks an I&O Platform Infrastructure AI-Native DevSecOps Developer in Metro Manila to design and deliver internal software that eliminates manual workflows and accelerates provisioning. You will leverage AI coding tools across the full SDLC with a security-first mindset.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with platform engineers, architects and service management to ensure scalable solutions across EY's global data centers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-stack software product development and delivery.
• 2+ years of AI-assisted software development as an active daily workflow.
• 3–5 years of Angular front-end application development (v14+)
• 5+ years of Python or Go back-end service development.
• 3–5 years of Kubernetes cluster management and application deployment.
• 3–5 years of Terraform and Ansible Infrastructure-as-Code authoring.
• Experience with Temporal.io or equivalent workflow orchestration platform (Argo, Conductor or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of CI/CD pipeline development with integrated security gates.
• Experience with LLM API integration for production AI-native product features.
• Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) or equivalent policy-as-code enforcement.
• REST API design, development and documentation.
• Container build, scanning and secure image management (Docker, Podman).
• Git-based source control and pull-request-driven development workflows (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• SAST/DAST security tooling integration in CI pipelines.
• ITSM platform integration — ServiceNow API or equivalent.
• Agile sprint-based delivery with regular demo and release cadences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke internal software products that eliminate manual infrastructure workflows and accelerate provisioning.
• Use AI coding tools as a primary development accelerant throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build full-stack software across front-end and back-end disciplines including Angular, Python or Go, REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop and manage workflow orchestration platforms, particularly Temporal.io.
• Apply strong Kubernetes engineering skills including deployment, Helm charts, operators, RBAC and namespace management.
• Author Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning automation.
• Design and implement DevSecOps pipelines with CI/CD, security gate integration and automated deployment.
• Implement Policy-as-Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or equivalent
• Build AI-native product features including LLM integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns and AI-driven workflow decision making.
• Take product ownership from problem statement through to production with minimal hand-holding.
