Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Operations.
• Proven expertise in data quality assurance and validation for data annotation.
• Strong ability to support and optimize AI/ML training data pipelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate annotated datasets to ensure high-quality ground truth for model training.
• Monitor data pipelines to identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies or quality issues early.
• Review and refine annotation guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across project teams.
• Provide detailed feedback and performance tracking to improve the accuracy of data labelers over time.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to establish robust data validation benchmarks and security protocols.
