Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in live commerce, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations with AI exposure.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced digital operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven livestream strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
• Plan round-the-clock schedules and coordinate with brand clients for smooth campaigns.
• Supervise live AI sessions, monitor rendering, latency, and Q&A accuracy.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, and Tech teams to align AI streams.
• Track performance metrics and optimize scripts, prompts, and prompts-to-action.
