Job summary

RCBC is seeking an engineer to design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications integrated with banking core systems. The role covers requirements gathering, model development, testing and deployment, with strong emphasis on reliability and performance.

The candidate should have 4-5 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in LLM-based applications, and proficiency in Python and SQL, plus experience with vector databases and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 4-5 years in software engineering with 2+ years in LLM-based apps.
• Strong Python programming and SQL data transformation.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG retrieval strategies.
• Experience with LLM Ops/ML Ops CI/CD, evaluation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of LLM-powered applications integrating with banking core systems.
• Build front-end interfaces exposing Agentic apps to workforce.
• Ensure reliability, usability and performance in production environments.
• Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, code reviews and data engineering handoffs.
• Prototype agentic technologies within legacy infrastructure.
